Cartographic Animations

Cartographic Animation is very unique type of visualization mapping that evolves by change in display. A lot of these animations are used to show projections or forecasts that the cartographer predicts. This animation is of Hurricane Andrew that struck homestead in 1992.  The animation shows the progression of the hurricane as it traveled across the state of Florida.
